In around 30 minutes a day, over 5 days, you’ll learn science-backed tools and practical strategies to calm your body, settle your mind, and reduce the sleep disruptions that so often come with hormonal changes.

Managing Night Sweats for Better Sleep

 Say goodbye to sleep disruptions caused by night sweats and hot flushes. This short course is focussed on helping you manage hot flushes and night sweats, along with the frustration and anxiety that can go with them. The goal is to help you feel rested and relaxed each morning ready for the day.Â
A Mindful Way to Healthy Sleep
$497 (approx. 12 hours)
For those who have had enough of poor sleep, and want life long change, we offer a proven, science-backed program based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and mindfulness. Invest 1-2 hours a week for 6 weeks to learn and follow step-by-step techniques to retrain your sleep habits, quiet an overactive mind, and break free from the cycle of insomnia—without relying on medication.
