Restful Nights Through Peri/Menopause program

We see you, we understand you, and we’ve created a unique program, providing the expert guidance and support needed to sleep better throughout this transitional time.

What's included:

  • This includes two individual consultations with Dr Giselle Withers, Sleep Psychologist to assess your sleep difficulties and to develop a personalised sleep improvement plan. 
  • 6 weeks of email support (ask questions anytime)
  • Access to the A Mindful Way to Healthy Sleep online course. The course is self-paced and includes a series of short, easy-to-follow, video lessons teaching you all the skills you need to sleep better, including training in mindfulness plus the five core components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi)
  • 4 live weekly sessions Q&A sessions for extra support. Starting November 10th 2025 at 7pm - 8.30pm 
  • Ongoing psychology sessions available if needed (at extra cost)
